Anger Counselling: There’s usually more underneath anger
Anger counselling in Brockville and virtually across Ontario, without judgment.
Anger Counselling in Brockville, ON
Anger gets a bad reputation. But it’s a normal human emotion, and it usually shows up for a reason. Often it’s protecting something more tender underneath, like hurt, fear, shame, or exhaustion.
Some people come to us because their anger feels bigger than the moment. Others have spent years keeping it in, until it leaks out sideways. Many are men who were taught that anger was the only feeling they were allowed to show. Whatever brings you in, we’re curious about what your anger has been trying to say.
Understanding your anger isn’t the same as excusing what it has done. We hold both: care for you, and honesty about the impact on the people around you.
Understanding It
Using emotion focused and relational approaches, we look at what sets anger off, what sits underneath it, and where the pattern began.
Responding Differently
Room to find ways of expressing what you feel that fit who you want to be, at home, at work, and in your relationships.
